GoHighLevel Updates: April 27th, 2026
Next-Level Agency Growth — And How Tikix Equips You to Scale It
Welcome to the latest release radar! Between April 20th and April 24th, 2026, your system rolled out a wide variety of enhancements across e-commerce, AI, automation, and platform design. Here is a detailed breakdown of the newest features.
Mobile & CRM Enhancements
Activity Tab on Mobile: You can now view a complete chronological timeline of contact interactions—such as calls, form submissions, and appointments—directly within your system's mobile application. You can easily filter these activities and tap into individual items for richer details, allowing you to follow up and close deals without needing to switch to the web version.

Faster Mobile Performance: The mobile application received an update this week making it significantly faster and snappier to navigate.
Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes Revamp: Forms have received a fresh default theme, providing a cleaner and more cohesive UI that matches the rest of the application.
Smart Lists Improvements: In Labs, you can now toggle on a revamped UI for managing Smart Lists, providing a uniform design across different tools. Additionally, highly anticipated Opportunity Smart Lists are now available in Labs to help you better manage your sales pipelines.
Advanced AI & Voice Agents
Voice AI Custom Action 2.0: This major update adds full HTTP method support (GET, POST, PUSH, PATCH, DELETE), built-in authentication (like Bearer tokens and API keys), and a brand-new Postman-style interface. It is schema-driven, allowing you to explicitly map query parameters versus JSON bodies. Existing custom actions will automatically migrate to 2.0 in the coming weeks.
New Languages & Voice Model Picker: Voice AI now supports 54 languages (adding 22 new ones this week). A new Voice Model picker is available in the agent builder, letting you choose the best balance between audio quality, latency, and per-minute cost.

Agent-to-Agent Transfer: Your Voice AI can now transfer callers between specialized agents. For example, a general receptionist agent can route a caller to a dedicated sales or property management agent to ensure a better customer experience.
Multilingual AI Studio & Validation: AI Studio has been translated, meaning you can build and operate it in the same languages used throughout the rest of your system. Furthermore, Agent Studio now includes missing required field validation to ensure all necessary configuration data is properly collected.
E-Commerce & Subscriptions
Local-Based Currency Formatting: Store elements will now automatically format currency displays based on your exact location and local standards.
Terms & Conditions at Checkout: You can now require customers to consent to your terms and conditions (such as a return policy) before finalizing a purchase.
Printful Integration: If you sell print-on-demand merchandise, your system now supports Printful auto-shipping profiles and provides live shipping rates directly at checkout.
Safe Store Deletion: To prevent accidental removals, you must now explicitly type the word "DELETE" in all caps before nuking an e-commerce store.
Tax Compliance: Automatic tax collection is now available for SaaS subscriptions. Additionally, global tax compliance tools for reselling products are currently available to test in Labs.
Automations & Custom Objects
Expanded Custom Date Reminders: You can now trigger date-based automations using fields within Opportunities, Companies, and Custom Objects—removing the previous limitation that restricted this to contacts only. This eliminates the need for workarounds and is perfect for setting up renewal nudges or internal expiry alerts.

Custom Object Templates: To drastically speed up setup times, you can now select pre-built industry templates when creating custom objects.
Integrations, Security, & Marketplace
Private Integration Tokens (PIT): To improve security, your system is cleaning up inactive legacy keys and transitioning towards Private Integration Tokens for authentication.
Ad Manager Public APIs: Public APIs are now available for the Ad Manager, allowing you to build customized programmatic solutions outside of the standard UI.
Template Library & Marketplace: The template library is now fully integrated with the marketplace, enabling you to install and sell templates seamlessly in one single place. Marketplace filtering has also been improved to give you a clearer view of apps that need installation or updates.
Communications & Social
WhatsApp Voice Calling: Voice calling via WhatsApp has officially entered private beta.
Social Planner Community Comments: You can now manage comments from your system's native communities directly inside the Social Planner, right alongside your other social media networks.
Email Builder Media Attachments: You can now add file attachments directly from your media library to your email actions.
Conversations Page: If you manage multiple Google Business Profiles in a single account, the Conversations tab now displays the specific page name to help you easily differentiate between incoming messages.
Audit Logs: Audit logs now track and display when a user makes changes to their notification preferences.
Sneak Peeks
Visual Edits: A highly anticipated granular page builder feature called "Visual Edits" was previewed this week, which will soon allow users fine-tuned, point-and-click control over page elements.
Keyword Search: Universal keyword search is in the works for the Conversations tab, which will highlight your searched terms directly within past chat histories.
