Terms of Service

Service Overview

Tikix provides outsourced operational support for Go High Level agencies, including onboarding, support, automation builds, and execution services.

We operate as a third-party service provider and are not part of your internal company structure.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, revenue, or performance improvements.

Results will vary depending on your business, systems, and implementation.

Client Responsibilities

  • • Provide required access (including admin-level access where needed)
  • • Supply SOPs, instructions, and business context
  • • Remain available for clarification when required

Tikix is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, lack of communication, or client-side issues.

Third-Party Liability

You acknowledge that Tikix operates within your systems and third-party platforms (including Go High Level).

We are not responsible for any charges, fees, damages, or issues resulting from platform usage, including but not limited to data charges, premium features, integrations, or client actions.

Billing & Payments

Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis via Stripe.

  • • Subscriptions auto-renew
  • • Pricing may change with notice
  • • Failed payments after 3 days will pause services
  • • After 14 days, services may be terminated and data removed

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Use services for illegal or abusive activities
  • • Harass or abuse Tikix team members
  • • Submit unreasonable or excessive workload beyond fair use

Abuse or misuse may result in immediate termination of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tikix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of clients, data loss, or business interruption.

You acknowledge that all services are used at your own risk.

Fair Use Policy

Services are subject to reasonable and fair use limits based on operational capacity.

Tikix reserves the right to manage workload distribution and prioritize requests to ensure service quality across all clients.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Response times and service expectations may be outlined separately in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Any SLA provided does not constitute a guarantee of outcomes or completion timelines.

Termination

Tikix reserves the right to terminate services at any time, with or without notice.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

Security & Access

Tikix operates with supervised, in-office teams using secured systems.

By granting access, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of third-party operational support.

Force Majeure

Tikix shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, platform failures, labor shortages, or governmental actions.

Data Retention & Reactivation

Upon cancellation or termination, Tikix may remove access to systems, tickets, and stored operational data.

If services are reactivated, previous data, workflows, and context may not be recoverable, and onboarding may need to restart. A reconnection or setup fee may apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Tikix services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation Policy.
