By using Tikix services, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
All payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly subscriptions, trial payments, and any partial billing periods.
The only exception applies if a user is charged after providing proper cancellation notice (minimum 72 hours prior to billing). In this case, proof must be provided and a refund may be issued.
Tikix offers a $7 trial for 7 days. The trial is non-refundable.
After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically transition into the standard monthly plan unless canceled in advance.
You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) before your next billing date.
This allows time for processing across business days and weekends.

If no instruction is provided, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
All ongoing work, including tickets, onboarding, and builds, will continue as normal until the end of your billing period.
At the conclusion of your service period, a final report may be provided. Any remaining work will not be completed beyond that point.
You may reactivate your account at any time. However, previous tickets, workflows, and system memory may not be retained.
Reactivated accounts may require onboarding from scratch.
Tikix operates on a no-contract basis. You may cancel at any time.
